A technician was able to come out the say day on a Friday afternoon to diagnose the issues with our downstairs furnace unit. Based on the units age, the technician walked us through the costs of repair versus replacement. Casey helped me trouble shoot a couple points prior to setting up the home visit, which was appreciated since it was approaching 100 degrees in the house that day! She ensured I had the unit off to help expedite the process of thawing the unit for when the tech arrived. The tech arrived when scheduled.
