Preventive Maintenance Checklist – Air Conditioning:

• 1. Inspect and clean evaporator coil with non-acidic chemical cleaner (If accessible)
• 2. Check supply temperature and return air temperature
• 3. Inspect and clean blower motor compartment with compressed air, lubricate motor and wheel
• 4. Check and tighten all electrical connections
• 5. Inspect ductwork and plenums for air leaks (If accessible)
• 6. Clean washable or electronic filters, replace customer provided disposable filters
• 7. Check thermostat for proper operation
• 8. Check and blowout condensate drain line with compressed air (drain lines can only be warrantied for 7 days)
• 9. Check and clean condenser coil
• 10. Check refrigerant super heat and sub cool for proper charge and level
• 11. Check compressor amperage
• 12. Check condenser fan motor amps
• 13. Check control circuit boards
• 14. Check contractor and clean contacts if necessary
• 15. Check belts, change belts annually
